Inova carried out the supply, installation, training and commissioning of insertion type ultrasonic flow meters on 2 of the main transmission lines carrying clean water. These pipelines are actively carrying pressurized water (pipe width…….) and therefore a careful installation was required. As such, insertion of the sensors were carried out with hot tapping with no disruptions to the main water supply.
Under this project a network of 5 Nos. automatic Agro-Met stations and 10 nos. of weather stations were installed and commissioned covering the entire country for the dept. of Meteorology. These stations included IOT sensors providing metrological data such as temperature, pressure, wind speed and direction, rain fall and agro data such as leaf wetness, leaf temperature, soil moisture ……………etc.
Flow measurement transmitters providing multiple acoustic paths along with rugged Insertion type sensors were used. The full installation, along with cabling, civil works and field enclosure was carried out by Inova Engineering adhering to the very high standards of quality control required by the NWSDB.
